The Auburn Lakeside Cleaners will:

  • Set a service time for your cleaning and also guarantee prompt arrival because we understand the importance of time management.
  • Complete all services described in the service plan and leave a completed plan with the office manager or other designated area.
  • Use products that you choose and/or purchase; please have adequate supplies replenished on a weekly basis.
  • Make suggestions with regard to cleaning products and procedures to ensure prompt and thorough cleaning of the business.
  • Dispose of chemicals in a utility sink or other area that you designate.
  • Bring in mail and newspapers if asked to do so.
  • Maintain client keys, service plans, and alarm codes in a fire proof safe at the residence of owner.

The Auburn Lakeside Cleaners does not:

  • Provide service to businesses with unsupervised pets (please gate or crate your pet).
  • Do not provide services other then items listed in service guide; please feel free to inquire about referrals for vendors of other services.
  • Operate washing machines, dryers, stoves, trash compactors, or other electric, gas, or kerosene appliances.
  • Operate your company vehicles.
  • Throw circuit breakers or replace fuses.
  • Let in service people such as electricians, UPS drivers, and so forth.
  • Access your phones, computers, filing cabinets or answering machines.
  • Exchange keys with anyone other than the contracted client.
  • Use any chemical cleaning product not specified in writing.
  • Sell or share email addresses, names, or telephone numbers with any other company or organization.

Hours of Operation

The Auburn Lakeside Cleaners feel that in the best interest of all parties to not limit hours of service with exception of Sunday's. TALC is generally reserved Sundays as family day ( this can be negotiated). Business hours are between 9:00 A.M. And 7:00 P.M, Monday through Friday; E-mail may be sent at anytime. When phoning or e-mailing reservations, always wait for a confirmation. Our general response time is 48 hours. In the case of contractor being at business after business hours a cell phone number will be provided to client POC, for obvious reasons.

Inclement Weather

The Auburn Lakeside Cleaners will provided limited, delayed, or no service during incidents of inclement weather.
We will not provide service during extreme weather conditions such as snow, sleet or ice storms.
Limited delay services may occur in extreme thunderstorms, dangerously cold or hot conditions, and in any city or state/declared weather emergency.
All visits during a period of inclement weather will be on an hourly advisory status depending on the driving conditions.

Safety

The Lakeside Cleaners asks you to inform all employees that a cleaning service will be on your property. Doing so can save the police department, client and the cleaner from an embarrassing situation. Please notify TALC in advance of any service contractors, repair personnel and so forth who may be working during the time of our service. TALC then reserves the right to reschedule visits that coincide with a visit by another service contractor.

Rates

Initial consultations are free of charge.  Please contact us for an appointment to discuss a service plan.
Errand/Courier service is available at the current standard IRS mileage rate of $0.585/mile.
Additional rates on Errand/Courier service may vary, depending on extent of service.

Reservations

To schedule a weekly visit, please phone or e-mail your reservation by 9:00 pm. Friday for the following week. Please note that we do not use cell phones or pagers within the company unless of important nature. Always wait for a confirmation via e-mail or telephone.
We can sometimes accommodate unplanned requests if we have a cancellation. However, we can rarely do so with less than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations

Please phone or e-mail (and wait for a confirmation) for all cancellations.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged the nominal 2 hour rate of $50. The only exception is inclement weather.
Excessive cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to cessation of services.

Please be sure of all dates and times when you place you request.

Billing and Payments

For commercial clients a billing statement will be prepared and sent via e-mail or post. Payments are typically Net 10. Residential customers are expected to pay upon receipt of services.

Payment Options

We accept cash, check or money order only.

Late Payments

Payments that are received beyond the due date listed on your billing statement are subject to late fees of $1.00 a day (weekends and holidays included) until the account is brought up to date.
In cases of frequent late payments, The Auburn Lakeside Cleaners reserves the right to terminate services.
Additional fees may be imposed for returned checks and closed accounts. In such cases, you will be charged $30 for each returned check (that's the service fee imposed on us by our bank), and any additional bank fees that are charged to us as well as daily late fees that accrue until that account is brought up to date.

Referrals

The Auburn Lakeside Cleaners offers one free session (up to 3 hours of cleaning) for all completed referrals committing to three cleanings or more.  This is our way of saying thank you!

General Information

The Auburn Lakeside Cleaners is insured and bonded by Western World Insurance Company.  A copy of our policy is available upon request.

The Auburn Lakeside Cleaners are registered as a service provider by the State of New Hampshire. A copy of our registration is available upon request.

Estimated Task Times take into consideration:

Cleaning behind heavy objects or several small objects that may need to be moved.
Thorough indoor window cleaning: inside double-hung panes, as well as the inward pane.
Any buildup of kitchen grease, hard water and lime stains, wax residue or pet hair.

Please understand that a thorough cleaning is a time-consuming process. We give added care and take precautions with furniture, collectibles, and other objects.

If you wish to make a change to the ISP after it has been completed and signed, please alert The Lakeside Cleaners and allow 48 hours for a second draft to be drawn, reviewed and signed, and for a copy to be provided to you. Remember that making changes to an ISP means that the ETT will change. This make decrease or increase the time allotment necessary for service provision. This being said, we encourage you to carefully review your initial service plan. After the plan has been accepted we will not perform additional tasks that are not part of the plan.
